Times Union Center is an indoor arena used for many sporting events and concerts in Albany. It's a short distance from the Greyhound bus station as well as hotels and restaurants in the area. Depending on the seating arrangement, the arena can accommodate 6,000 to 17,000 people. The arena has 25 luxury suites (situated at the top of the inner bowl), which is rented on a three-year lease. Entertainers who have performed here include Billy Joel, Aerosmith, Bruce Springsteen, and Justin Timberlake.
