Midtown Manhattan represents the central portion of Manhattan, situated north of 14th Street and south of 59th Street. Towering buildings characterize Midtown Manhattan, occupied by many major U.S. and foreign corporations, diplomatic missions, and department stores such as Bloomingdale's and Saks Fifth Avenue. It is home to many of New York City's famous landmarks including the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Grand Central Terminal, and Madison Square Garden to name a few.
