Martin's Fantasy Island is an amusement park on Grand Island, situated halfway between Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The amusement park opened in 1961 and is a medium-size park spanning 85 acres (34 hectares). The park features several thrill rides including the popular Silver Comet, Crazy Mouse, and Max's Doggy Dog roller coasters. Pool attractions include the Lazy River, Bumper Boats, Wave Pool, and Raging Rapids water slides. Other attractions include bumper cars, miniature golf, carousel, and a kiddie train.
