Niagara Falls, New York State - About Niagara Falls

The Niagara Falls is the name of the majestic falls, which include the American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and the Horseshoe Falls (also known as the Canadian Falls). Niagara Falls is also the name of two adjacent cities, one located in the state of New York and the other across the Niagara River in Canada. These two cities are connected by the Rainbow Bridge, which is open to vehicle and pedestrian traffic. Both cities are popular destinations with visitors, offering differing perspectives of the Niagara Falls.
