Brooklyn, New York City - Brooklyn Heights

Brooklyn Heights is a middle-income neighborhood in New York City's borough of Brooklyn. Situated across the East River from Manhattan, the neighborhood's development began in the early 19th century as a commuter town for residents working in Manhattan and continued to develop until the early 20th century. This historic neighborhood is noted for its red-brick buildings including row houses, apartments, mansions, and churches. Architectures seen here include Greek Revival, Gothic Revival, and Italianate.
