Manhattan, New York City - The Empire State Building

The Empire State Building is located in Midtown Manhattan at the intersection of 5th Avenue and West 34th Street. The skyscraper stands at 1,454 feet (443 meters) including its antenna spire. Completed in 1931, the building's architecture is distinctively Art Deco and was once the world's tallest building for nearly 40 years. This landmark building comprises of commercial and office spaces, but visitors can head to the observation decks on the 86th and 102nd floors for a scenic view of New York City.
