Flushing Meadows Corona Park (often referred as Flushing Meadows Park or Flushing Meadows) is the largest urban park in Queens and the fourth largest in New York City. Spanning 897 acres (363 ha), Flushing Meadows is one and a half times larger than Manhattan's Central Park. The park features large areas of open spaces and in the southern section of the park is Meadow Lake, a popular spot for boating. Within the park boundaries are the New York Hall of Science and the Queens Museum of Art.
